Fairview’s Commitment

To Discipleship

regular attendance at worship

and participation in the sacrament,

as a means of practicing life in God’s kingdom

regular invitation to others

to receive the grace I have known,

as a means of evangelism and service

regular participation in a group

to study the Bible and our faith,

as a means of conferencing to hold me accountable in love

regular giving

as an expression of my response to the grace I have received

regular devotions and prayer

as a means of humbling myself before God

regular fasting

as a testing of my intention to give myself wholly to God

Fairview Goals

It is our INTENTION to pay ATTENTION to how we:

LOVE GOD

+ strengthen and enhance

our worship experiences

+ explore new worship times

and styles

LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS

+ help our neighbors identify

Fairview as the place

they can meet with God

+ offer our neighbors

worship times and styles

that helps them do that

LOVE OURSELVES

+ seek commitments

from every member

to practice the means of grace

+ offer more opportunities

for building

the ties that bind
