Thank you for leading a ministry team for our church! If the church is a bicycle, the ministry teams are the pedals, doing the work of ministry, getting us where God is calling us to go.

Our 2026 goal is: building on our six core practices to grow deeper in faith and broader in service to our neighbors

This year our goal will focus on:
  1. Increasing the engagement level of Fairview folks participating in regular church activities (e.g., small groups, ministry teams, volunteer service, fellowship events).
  2. Increasing the congregation's engagement with the Bible.
