Small groups at Fairview are one of the ways we build community and belonging.
Our core values are faithful, relational, inclusive, genuine, and service-oriented.
All five of these values are reflected in our small group ministry.
Small groups help us trust God.  Through small groups we forge meaningful relationships.
We share the diversity of our experience. We are able to be our authentic, genuine selves.
We work together in service and generosity.

Sunday Bible Study

Sundays at 9 AM
We are a small group committed to studying the Bible.

We meet in the Pastor's Study at 9:00 AM on Sunday mornings.

We post the scripture passages we will discuss in the Fairview News and Notes email newsletter and the worship bulletin.

You are welcome to join us at any point in our studies!

Sunday Book Club

Sundays at 11:15 AM
We are a small group that meets to discuss the book we are studying.  We also share our lives and pray for one another.

We meet in the church office/library at 11:15 AM on Sunday Mornings.

Mom Group

During the School Year
First Sundays at 7 PM
We are a group of folks currently in the season of hands-on parenting.  

We meet in the narthex (lobby) at 7 PM every other Sunday evening.

Joy Group

Advent, Lent, Summer
Tuesdays at 6:30 PM
We are a group of Fairview Folks who get together weekly for discussion, study, and community. We support service projects in and outside of the church.

We meet in the church office/library at 6:30 PM on Tuesday evenings.

Choir

August- May
Wednesdays at 7 PM 
We are a casual and fun group of folks who meet to sing. On occasion we sing for the congregation during worship. All levels of musical ability welcomed and encouraged.

We meet in the sanctuary at 7 PM every Wednesday.

Fairview Women in Faith

Once a Month usually
Second Thursdays at 1:30 PM
We are a group of women dedicated to service especially that impacts women and children, growing in discipleship, and fostering relationships in our community. 

We meet in the church office/library at 1:30 PM every Second Thursday.

All women are encouraged to join us.

Second Fridays 6:00-8:00 PM

Meet in the church office/library on Second Fridays for fun, fellowship and crafts!
This is a BYOC (bring your own craft) evening.
We'll order in dinner, bring some food, or
eat before you come.

Men's Fellowship Breakfast

Second Saturdays 8:30-9:30 AM

Join other men from our church every second Saturday at the West Broadway HyVee
for community, conversation, and breakfast food.
Order your meal and then find a table with other Fairview Folks.
