Thanksgiving Potluck

The season of gratitude is upon us, and we invite you to build community and connect at our annual Fairview Thanksgiving Potluck. This evening is dedicated to fellowship among our entire church and extended family. All are welcome to attend!

Join Us For Dinner and Fellowship:
·        Date: Sunday, November 23
·        Time: 5:30 PM
·        Location: Fairview Church Multipurpose Room

What's on the Menu? We love variety! Please feel free to bring a traditional Thanksgiving dish or one of your favorite family potluck recipes. Whether it's macaroni and cheese, spaghetti casserole, salad, enchiladas, or any of your best cookies and pies—all dishes are welcome and appreciated!

How You Can Help The success of this evening rests on our community effort. Your assistance is truly valued! We welcome volunteers to help with providing food, cleaning up, and washing dishes during and after the meal.

RSVP and Rides Please sign up to register your attendance and let us know what dish you are bringing! You can click the sign-up link below or register in person in the Narthex at Fairview.

If you need a ride to the event, please call the church office at (573) 445-5391. We have a carpool ready to offer rides to anyone who needs assistance!

We look forward to giving thanks alongside you!

Stay & Craft

Stay after worship and craft! We'll be creating various types of luminaria, candle holders, and candle screens as we enter the time of the year when the nights are longer than the days. Our theme for Advent is: What Do You Fear? Insisting on Hope this Advent. Light shining in the darkness brings us hope.

Stay after worship and enjoy crafts, community, and fun!

This is happening after worship, just like the Little Bethlehem Training. If you're attending the training than join us afterward!

Little Bethlehem

Little Bethlehem is an interactive nativity that the people of Fairview United Methodist Church have been putting on for 30+ years.

Visit Bethlehem this December on Friday, Dec. 12, Saturday, Dec. 13, and Sunday, Dec. 14 from 6:00-8:00 PM.

You'll go through the interactive nativity outdoors and then come inside for carol singing and refreshments.  There'll be a craft table for the kids and an area to take photos to commemorate your visit.
